The tablets are large and white, making them difficult to swallow, but manageable. I take them as prescribed by my doctor, after or during meals. Testing revealed a magnesium deficiency that greatly affects my quality of life. I was prescribed 800 mg initially, then ongoing lower doses, as dietary intake of magnesium is insufficient. Additionally, I take magnesium baths every other day, which effectively boosts magnesium levels through skin absorption. After a month, I've noticed increased energy, less pain during menstruation, and improved joint function. I also take various vitamins and minerals.
